Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhist and Zoroastrians (Parsis)], from within the 27% reservation for OBCs in Civil Posts and Services under the Government of India and admission to Central Educational Institutions. <a href=\"https:\/\/pib.gov.in\/newsite\/PrintRelease.aspx?relid=132836\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong><em>Source<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Above reservations and laws shows that there are special provision for the minorities on the basis of religion too , then , how can this bill be be unconstitutional ?
