Statue of Unity : Cost, Ticket Price All Details .The Statue Of Unity is the world’s biggest statue with the huge height of 182 meters right now dedicated to great Indian freedom fighter Sardar Vallabbhai Patel. The statue is built on Sandhu Bet facing the Narmada dam in the Narmada district of Indian State Gujrat. The statue cover total 20,000 sq. meters area surrounded by a 12 square km artificial lake.

Total Cost In Construction :-

The total estimated cost in construction of statue is  2890 Crore Indian rupes i.e 420 Million USD. The statue of unity is mostly financed by Government of Gujrat. The Government of Gujrat allotted Rs. 1 billion and 5 Billion in the budget of the year 2012-13 and 2014-15 for the statue. 2 Billion is allotted by central government in the budget of 2014-15 for the statue.

Who Is Constructing The Statue :-

The Statue Of Unity is designed by Ram V. Sutar and being constructed by Larsen & Toubro Limited, one of the largest Indian multinational firm. Contract was given on October 2014 for the bid of ₹2,989 crore. This include the design, construction and maintenance of the statue. The construction was started on 31 October 2014 and completed in mid-October 2018.

Ticket Price and Timings For Visit :-

Basic Ticket : 120 Per Person
Advance Ticket : 350 Per Person

After the its inauguration by PM Narendra Modi, the Place will be open for public visit, The Statue of unity will be open all days in week from 9 am to 6 pm. Ticket can be also booked online by saturday. For the each person above 3 Years ticket cost 350 Rs. it includes entry to the whole place containing the observation deck, valley of flowers, the Sardar Patel memorial, museum and audio-visual gallery, the Statue of Unity site and Sardar Sarovar dam.

There is another option too, if you can’t afford that much there is basic ticket of Rs 120 and 60 ( Below 15 yrs.) is also available , with this ticket you can visit valley of flowers, the Sardar Patel memorial, museum and audio-visual gallery, the Statue of Unity site and Sardar Sarovar dam.

Estimated Tourist Revenue :-

The Statue Of Unity now will be the major tourist attraction for the Indian and foreign tourist. It is estimated that India will generate maximum tourist revenue from this. It is estimates that it will recovers its construction cost in 10 years by the tourist revenue.
