Difference Between Council of Ministers and Cabinet Ministers :
Council of Ministers :- It has three types Cabinet Minister, Minister of state and Minister of State Independent charge, it doesn’t have collective functions and it is bigger body consisting of 35-60 Ministers.
- Cabinet Minister : – It is part of council of minister, they have collective functions and they meet very frequently to deliberate and take decisions regarding the working of government. Cabinet Minister is smaller body consisting of 20 to 30 ministers.
